What this service is
Attestvio is software. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to keep your data recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we plan work that will take the service offline we tell subscribers first. You can export your obligations, evidence, incidents, cases and attestations at any time while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends.
How we are paid
You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Attestvio Pro, sold to businesses. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account. Purchase is offered to people acting for purposes related to their trade or profession. Where a consumer nonetheless buys, the statutory cancellation and digital content rights are honoured in full rather than excluded.
Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Attestvio charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Attestvio never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.
The free sheets
The free sheets on this site are provided as working calculators for compliance officers. Their output is arithmetic on the figures entered. They do not tell you what a regulation requires, which controls your programme needs, how often to audit, or what a regulator will accept, and they are not a compliance record, a certification or legal advice.
No warranty
Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or accounting advice, and Attestvio is not a law firm, an auditor or a certification body. What a regulation requires of your business, which controls satisfy it, how often you must audit and what an examiner will accept are questions for your own counsel and your regulator. The sheets work your figures; they publish no rule.
